- Can I use mailbox free of charge?
- Everyone can try any mailbox price plan for 30 days at no cost and test all features before deciding which plan is right for them. You can also migrate all your other emails to mailbox easily and free of charge.
- Can I change my price plan later?
- Yes, you have the flexibility to adapt your price plan to your current needs at any time without long-term contracts. Whether you need more storage space or find a smaller package sufficient, a change of price plan can be actioned with just a few clicks and works immediately.
- Which payment methods can I use?
- Mailbox accepts bank transfer, direct debit (SEPA), credit card, PayPal, and cash by post (Euro banknotes only). Users prepay for their subscription and credit is loaded onto their account balance. A credit refund is not possible.
- How does my account renew?
- You load credit onto your account balance in advance, and that amount determines how long your subscription is paid for. Before credit runs out, you receive reminders in good time to ensure uninterrupted service. Alternatively, you can set up SEPA Direct Debit for automatic credit renewal.
