How do I follow a founder or listing?
Follow any listing or founder to receive their updates by email and in your account; unfollow using the same button.
Updated
Set up following in two taps
Every listing page and founder page has a Follow button. Press it to start receiving their news—new milestones, product launches, founder stories, status changes and demo videos. Following is free and requires only a free account on Biz Alternative.
If you're signed in, you follow immediately and the button shows Following. If not, you'll sign in or create an account, then return to confirm.
What you'll hear about
Followers of a listing receive updates on:
- New milestones and product updates from that company
- Status changes (acquisition, closure)
- Founder stories about the listing
- New or replaced demo videos
- When the company launches on other launch and discovery sites (one notice per day maximum, however many sites launch)
- Launch of the Week wins (#1, #2 or #3)
Followers of a founder hear about that founder's new stories only.
Each update arrives in your account and by email.
Control your email frequency
Updates come as a daily summary email by default. Change this at /account/notifications to receive them instantly, weekly, or switch them off entirely. You can also add Telegram or Slack there.
Unfollow any time
Press the Following button on that listing or founder page to stop at once. No further updates will be sent. Alternatively, turn emails off at /account/notifications whilst staying a follower.
Following doesn't affect votes
Following never changes a listing's vote count, vote ranking or Product of the Week status. Followers do appear on /launches/most-followed, which ranks the most followed launches on the site.
