What holds a founder profile from completing?
Your profile must be complete before any listing can go live—here's what goes in it.

The profile checklist
Your founder profile sits at /account/founder. Before any listing moves to live, you need:
- A photo
- A one-line description of that photo
- Your full name
- Your title or role
- Your country
- A short bio (minimum 80 characters)
- At least one personal link (your own website, or a personal social profile—not company pages)
Two fields are optional: your city, and a founder story link.
What happens when it's incomplete
You can write out a listing, submit it and pay for it without a complete profile. However, it will stay locked as "waiting for founder profile" and won't go live or be scheduled. Nothing is lost. The moment you finish the profile, your listing releases automatically.
If you've already paid for a week that hasn't arrived yet, that week stays reserved for you. If the paid week is in the past, your listing goes live this week (at no cost) or moves to the next free-queue week (free), and we notify you of the move.
Adding co-founders
Go to the Team section of /account/founder to invite co-founders. Each of them will appear on the product once they complete their own profile.
Questions people ask
- Why is my paid listing not showing?
- It's held because the founder profile isn't complete. Finish yours at /account/founder, and it releases automatically. Your paid week is kept if it hasn't started; otherwise it goes live this week or into the next free queue.
- What counts as a personal link?
- Your own website or personal social profile. Company pages don't count.
- Do I have to add my city?
- No, your city is optional. You must provide your country, but the city field is not required.
