Free listing versus paid launch: which suits you?
Set your profile live immediately with a paid launch, or take a slower route with a free listing. Here's what each option includes.
Updated
Visibility and timing
With a free listing, your basic profile enters a queue and goes live after roughly 6-8 weeks. A paid launch ($5) publishes immediately or on any week you choose. If speed matters, paid is the direct route.
What visitors see
Free listings show a basic profile only. Paid profiles unlock everything: your founder story, milestones, screenshots, demo video and comparisons all appear in full. Both come with a link to your website, but free links carry a nofollow tag and thin pages are not indexed by search engines. Paid links are dofollow and indexed, so search engines can find and rank your profile.
Badge and add-ons
To publish a free listing, our badge must appear on your website first. Paid launches need no badge. Once you go paid, you can add extras: skip the queue ($9), featured placement ($19), additional categories or bundles.
Changing your mind
You are not locked into free. Upgrade from a free listing to a paid launch at any time from /account/listings. This way you can test a free slot first, then move to paid when you are ready.
