How badges earn dofollow status on Biz Alternative
Free listings require a badge to publish; dofollow eligibility depends on your Domain Rating and spam checks.

Getting your free listing live
If your listing is free, we need proof that you exist on the web. Display our badge on your website—pick your preferred design, shape, colour and size from your listing's badge page, then copy the HTML code provided.
We automatically crawl for this badge every 7 days. Once found, your listing publishes. If the badge vanishes, we notify you by email and your listing returns to pending. Reinstate it, and publication resumes automatically.
When your link switches from nofollow to dofollow
The badge initially points to your listing with nofollow. Our system evaluates your site's Domain Rating (Ahrefs) in real time against our threshold of 20. If your Domain Rating meets this standard and passes our spam filters, the link converts to dofollow. Otherwise it remains nofollow.
Paid launches receive a dofollow link on the listing page itself. Free listings receive a nofollow link.
Earned badges appear automatically
Launch of the Week, Featured, Launched and Verified badges are awarded based on performance and verification status. These display on your listing without any action from you.
